The program advances standardization, improve the consistency and quality of health information, and support more effective exchange of data across sectors.This role will provide program management support within a portfolio that includes Data for Connected Health and the Digital Health Standards teams. The role is intended to strengthen overall program development, coordination, reporting, and oversight across interconnected workstreams, and to support effective planning, governance, and operational execution across the portfolio.The Program Manager will support overall portfolio and program operations by improving integration, coordination, oversight, and reporting across multiple connected workstreams. This role will provide the structure, visibility, and operational support required to enable effective leadership decision-making and consistent program execution.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a portfolio integration approach that enables a transparent system-level view of priorities, timelines, dependencies,



and delivery healthConsolidate information from multiple workstreams to support coherent program oversight and leadership decision-makingPrepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership, including status updates, briefing materials, dashboards, and analysis of emerging risks and issuesDesign, implement, and continuously improve program governance processes, templates, controls, and meeting structures to support efficient oversight.Apply formal change management methodologies and practices to support adoption of new processes, governance approaches, and ways of working across interconnected teamsTrack and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items, ensuring timely escalation and follow-throughSupport financial and operational planning by maintaining visibility into budget usage, resourcing needs, team capacity, and delivery constraintsCoordinate program activities across leaders, team members, and partners to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and accountabilitiesDevelop and maintain standard program management artifacts, documentation, and reporting tools to support consistent executionIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes, reporting quality, and coordination mechanisms across the portfolioFacilitate meetings, working sessions, and governance forums by coordinating agendas, inputs, records of decision, and action trackingProvide structured analysis and practical recommendations to support leadership decisions and continuous improvement in program operationsDesired Skills:Proficiency with Microsoft Products, with a preference for candidates that have experience with Microsoft based cloud tools (e.G., Microsoft Office 365)Proficiency in process mapping techniques and solution development lifecycleCollege/University undergraduate degree in Business, Health Information or related discipline from a recognized institution or equivalent experienceKnowledge of Healthcare Information Systems used throughout the province of OntarioKnowledge of Ontario's healthcare landscapeAbility to readily identify, assess and mitigate implementation and adoption issuesExcellent analytical,
