We are not just executing scopes, we are building long term partnerships through strong performance and professional leadership.The OpportunityMSCP has been awarded a major electrical scope for an upcoming industrial turnaround.We are looking for a Superintendent to take on a senior field leadership role as the primary representative for MSCP on site. This role carries full accountability for overall performance, leadership of the field team, and how MSCP is represented throughout the project.This is not a traditional supervisory role. It is a leadership position focused on alignment, accountability, and delivering robust outcomes through others.Position SummaryThe Superintendent is MSCP's senior field leader on the turnaround. You are responsible for how MSCP shows up, how the work is experienced, and how the field team performs.You operate between leadership and field execution. You do not solve day to day problems directly. You ensure the right people, structure, and communication are in place so problems are solved effectively and consistently.This role requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to lead through planning, coaching,
and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and AccountabilityYou are the senior representative for MSCP on site and set the tone for performance.Establish a strong and professional presence from the outsetRepresent MSCP in all pre-turnaround and on-site leadership meetingsProvide consistent, proactive communication on progress, risks, and performanceEnsure incidents and key updates are communicated clearly and immediatelyMaintain visibility on performance and ensure readiness for post-event reviewPlanning and Project ReadinessStrong outcomes start before mobilization. You ensure the project is properly set up.Confirm all field leadership roles are clearly defined and filledLead planning discussions with the General Foreman to align schedule with field realityEnsure safety, quality, and execution plans are complete and submitted in advanceSupport equipment planning and approvals ahead of mobilizationField Leadership and Team DevelopmentYou lead through people by developing strong field leadership around you.Coach and support the General Foreman to own executionBuild trust through clear expectations, communication, and consistencyEncourage accountability and ownership at the Foreman and GF levelCreate an environment where leaders grow and take responsibility for outcomesCoordination and OversightYou ensure the system around the work is functioning properly.Maintain awareness of progress, risks, and operational challengesEnsure communication between field teams and MSCP leadership is clear and consistentSupport alignment across planning, execution, safety,
