SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible for the following main responsibilities:

- Perform payroll data verification in the Workforce system;
- Act as a resource person for all payroll-related questions;
- Manage TSNB (WorkSafe New Brunswick) files as well as disability files;
- Follow up on labor relations files, including the interpretation and application of the collective agreement;
- Be an active member of various parity committees;
- Support and advise the 1st level managers of the plant;
- Manage the selection, hiring and onboarding of new unionized employees;
- Managing foreign worker files;
- Perform any other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: DEC in accounting, human resources or equivalent, an asset;
- Experience: No specific experience required, the employee will be trained on site;
- Skills:



Mastery of the office suite, good interpersonal skills, organizational, meticulous and rigorous, autonomous and having the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
