Bilingual Sales Representative - Job Posting

Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening in Ottawa, Ontario for a Bilingual Sales Representative in our Materials business (Ready Mix Concrete and Aggregates). The sales territory includes the Ottawa area and Western Quebec.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and maintain customer relationships across the Ottawa, ON and Western QC territory
- Support sales growth through proactive customer engagement and solution-based selling
- Identify opportunities to expand business within the ready mix and aggregates markets
- Work closely with operations and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business development efforts

What Are We Looking For

- Fully bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and French
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and relationship building
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and ethical business practices
- Role is based in Ottawa, ON
- Regular travel throughout the Ottawa, ON area and Western Quebec
- Combination of office work, customer visits, and field presence
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong safety culture
