Manulife Retirement Contact Center in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead a team of Customer Service Professionals. You will coach, guide, and empower CSPs in a fast-paced inbound environment to achieve exceptional customer experience and robust operational results.

In this hybrid role, you will champion inclusion, manage coaching, scheduling, and real-time queue monitoring, and partner with Risk and other departments.
