This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader who combines strong technical construction expertise with the ability to guide teams, influence outcomes, and ensure protected, productive, and high-quality delivery from preconstruction through closeout.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will act as a key technical and operational leader across several active construction projects at once, working closely with project teams,



operations leadership, consultants, and field staff to ensure successful delivery from planning through turnover.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading multiple concurrent construction projects at different stages of deliveryProviding technical, engineering, and project management support to site teamsReviewing constructability and supporting estimating and cost planning during preconstructionParticipating in tendering, including bid reviews, scope alignment, and trade awardsOverseeing contract administration across multiple projectsAttending project meetings with owners, consultants, and site teamsEnsuring alignment between design intent, field execution, and project goalsReviewing project schedules, execution strategies, and quality control plansSupporting project start-up, execution, and structured closeout processesMonitoring financial performance and supporting forecasting with project teamsConducting regular site visits to support execution, quality, and risk managementEnsuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company proceduresPromoting consistency in best practices across scheduling, budgeting, and deliverySupporting coaching, mentorship, and development of project staffDriving continuous improvement,
