Elevate infrastructure projects with Aecon as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Responsibilities include managing CI initiatives, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and overseeing a team to deliver improved project outcomes.
You will transform our operational approach to ensure the successful execution of the Darlington New Nuclear Project.Key Responsibilities:- Implement core Continuous Improvement strategies and tools- Manage project-based CI team and schedules- Lead stakeholder meetings for CI initiatives- Facilitate Lean training across teams- Oversee waste reduction programs and data implementationRequirements:- Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Administration- Certified Lean Greenbelt; Black Belt preferred- 5+ years in lean construction and tools- 7-10 years of related experience- Strong supervisory and communication skillsUtilize your expertise in Lean methodologies to drive impactful improvements in Aecon’s significant infrastructure developments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
