OverviewThe Data Analyst position is responsible for the collection and analysis of data to support strategic initiatives and operational decision making. This position will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and transform those into comprehensive reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the reporting pipeline, empower internal business partners, and provide a foundation to help The Lakefield Veterinary Group make data driven decisions. Successful candidates will have strong engineering, communication and knowledge in on-prem SQL Server and Azure data systems. They will also have the desire to dive into the complexity of our business and navigate both relationships and process. Familiarity with common cloud data tools, best practices, and experience with PowerApps is a plus.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and support of PowerBI dashboards and reports.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reports that drive operational efficiencies.Use Azure services such as Azure ADLS, Event Hub, Data Factory, and Purview to improve and speed up the delivery of our data products and services.Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes,
