About the role Clvgroup is seeking a dedicated AI & Automation Associate to join our innovative team in Ottawa, Ontario. What you’ll do

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement AI models that solve complex business problems.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI algorithms to ensure accuracy and reliability in real‑world applications.
- Create comprehensive documentation for AI models and automated processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and automation solutions, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI projects.




- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies to continuously enhance our offerings.
- Provide training and support to team members and clients on the use of AI tools and automated systems.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, progress updates, and challenges faced during project execution.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for integrating AI and automation into the broader business strategy.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations and reports for stakeholders to communicate project outcomes and recommendations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI technologies and automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong understanding of AI frameworks and libraries.
- Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid‑paced environment.

Nice to have

- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision applications.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices and tools like Jira or Trello.
- Previous experience in a consulting role or working with clients in a service‑oriented environment.
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or automation technologies would be an advantage.
