This role requires a post-secondary degree in Labour Relations or related fields, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. You will navigate union legal frameworks, including the Saskatchewan Employment Act, and effectively communicate through various channels to handle grievances and support collective bargaining agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide empathetic support to members during grievance processes
• Communicate effectively in writing for grievance support
• Understand and apply Collective Bargaining Agreement rules
• Work with Microsoft Office 365 applications as needed
• Build functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Labour Relations or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of grievance processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to navigate union legal frameworks
