CN is seeking a Track Operations Lead to oversee the execution of track inspection, rail and ballast replacement, and maintenance within assigned territory. You will provide daily support to the Track Supervisor and lead a track gang ensuring safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Transportation and Mechanical teams, conducting safety audits, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Transport Canada standards.
