Our culture is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence in execution.About the RoleKinterra is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Partner, Regulatory Affairs & Sustainability, the Global Head of Projects, and Kinterra's Technical Team. This role sits at the centre of executive operations, providing high-level administrative support through complex calendar management, international travel coordination, executive expense management, board and AGM support, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced private equity environment, anticipate executive needs, exercise sound judgement, and help drive operational efficiency across Kinterra's growing global platform.Key ResponsibilitiesComplex calendar support across multiple time zones for Partner, Regulatory Affairs & Sustainability, and the Global Head of ProjectsCoordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, and executive sessions with precision and foresightProactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve efficientlyEnsure executives are fully briefed and prepared for each engagementPlan, book, and manage comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, hotels, ground transportation,
and visa requirementsCoordinate travel logistics for Project Directors across Kinterra's portfolio companiesAnticipate and resolve travel disruptions swiftly and professionallyManage corporate cards, expense reconciliations, and reporting for PartnersEnsure timely and accurate submission of expense reportsMaintain compliance with firm expense policiesServe as a professional and personable interface for executives with internal teams, portfolio companies, and external partnersDraft and manage executive correspondence, presentations, and communicationsBuild trusted relationships with Finance, People & Culture, Project Directors, and Investment TeamCoordinate board meeting logistics including scheduling, materials preparation, and distributionSupport ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.What You BringRequired2 – 5 years of progressive Executive Assistant experience supporting Partners, Managing Directors, C‐suite executives, or equivalent senior leadership.Background within Private Equity, Legal, or Financial ServicesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.PreferredPrior experience in a Private Equity, Investment Management, or Legal environment.Exposure to mining, infrastructure, or global business contexts.Experience supporting executives across multiple geographies and time zones.This posting reflects a current current vacancy and Kinterra's commitment to a fair and transparent recruitment process.
