Your role will focus on improving asset reliability and supporting crucial technical operations.This Technical Advisor position will allow you to make a real impact on the maintenance strategies at IAMGOLD's flagship Côté Gold Mine. You will lead diagnostics, contribute to maintenance procedures, and ensure adherence to best practices across mechanical and electrical systems. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams will drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Support PCR by developing and validating BOMs
- Ensure asset configuration aligns with OEM standards




- Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures
- Collaborate with teams to align on maintenance scope
- Validate repair quality and conduct post-repair checksRequirements:
- Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in mobile maintenance
- Familiarity with CAT, Epiroc, or similar OEM fleets
- Experience with CMMS systems and reliability practices
