Paires seeks a Founding AI Engineer to lead the agent layer of our AI fundraising platform. Oversee the conversational agents that enhance investor outreach and relationships, all in a fully remote model.In this critical role, you will own the development of our agent system, which facilitates warm outreach and nurtures investor relationships. As a key player in a small, self-funded team, your responsibilities will include building and scaling the agent layer, matching engine, and backend infrastructure using Python and AWS technologies.
