Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L2/L3 production support for Oracle apps
• Troubleshoot and document incidents with root cause analysis
• Schedule and monitor batch jobs using CA AutoSys




• Validate issues by employing Oracle SQL techniques
• Create AIX/Linux shell scripts for operational needs
Requirements:
• Proficient in Oracle SQL and troubleshooting practices
• Experience in CA AutoSys job monitoring and scripting
• Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Financial modules is required
