Reporting to the CEO, you will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage a skilled team of mechanics, and collaborate with Operations to maximize equipment availability and safety.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in fleet maintenance, solid leadership, and deep knowledge of diesel, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
