About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Operations & Compliance to lead and optimize its national operations and compliance functions. This strategic and execution-focused executive will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, shaping the future of operational strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring best-in-class compliance in a rapidly-evolving regulatory and environmental landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations, implementing enterprise-level process improvements, and leading complex, outsourced value chains. They should be enterprise-minded, with solid commercial acumen, expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit frameworks,



and a deep understanding of complex operational systems and optimization.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader, effective influencer, and a mentor to high-performing technical teams. They must be resilient, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience in circular economy, environmental services, recycling, or related industries is an asset, and a Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced certification being a plus. The role demands an individual with executive presence, authenticity, and the ability to build trust in Board and C-suite environments, who is comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels in a lean organization.
