Role OverviewAs a Business Reliability and IT Ops Manager at Toyota Financial Services, you will lead the management of daily operational support activities, improve efficiency, and drive the adoption of automation and DevOps practices. You will work with partners to improve provisioning and de-provisioning processes, manage third-party infrastructure and vendors, and develop and implement uniform system administration practices. You will also develop and maintain the technical roadmap, including a long-term technical plan that accounts for company growth and business needs.What You Will DoYour day-to-day responsibilities will include managing daily operational support activities, providing timely response to queries, working with partners to improve efficiency, and driving the adoption of automation and DevOps practices.
