In this full-time position, you will collaborate directly with Construction Managers, Engineers, and contractors. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring construction activities, preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to approved plans. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for effectively managing site visits and interactions with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and document construction progress accurately
• Read and analyze construction plans and specifications
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports




• Conduct field staking reviews for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with contractors and authorities
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in construction or engineering
• Solid ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Understanding of construction methods and materials
• Valid OR or WA driver’s license required
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
