The successful candidate will report to the Pipeline Division of Regulatory and Construction As‑built Surveys and will primarily work on major pipeline projects and other resource industry projects.What You’ll DoLiaise between Project Manager and client representative.Field completion of various types of surveys focusing on the lifecycle of pipelines from planning, surveying, construction and maintenance.Manage information flow from field to office and prepare clear, concise, and accurate field notes, records, and calculations.Participate and contribute to McElhanney’s Heath, Safety and Workplace (HSE) program.Attend and participate in McElhanney’s monthly field safety meetings.When in a Pipeline Field Lead position, act as McElhanney’s representative on site in maintaining client relationships, expectations, and reporting requirements based on the project needs.What You’ll BringTwo‑year technical diploma in Geomatics or Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Good written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, good attendance, sound judgment skills,
