The custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean and secure school environment; ensuring compliance with Board, local provincial government operational and health and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications

- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be familiar with Health and Safety guidelines.
- Board specific online training, including WHMIS 2015, will be required prior to job commencement.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills in dealing with the school community and general public.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Ability to prioritize the completion of custodial activities within an assigned area in a school.
- Must be computer literate and be able to communicate via email.
