A dynamic workforce nestled within the industry's most intriguing cities, united by a drive to push the boundaries of storytelling.As a VFX Producer, you manage client relationships and oversee financials, while developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources through proactive problem‐solving and effective leadership. You will manage the day‐to‐day operations of the show, facilitating explicit and professional communication with the client and within the show team. Partnering with a VFX Supervisor, you are responsible for collaboratively meeting the client's creative vision while delivering the project on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary client contact, building and maintaining positive relationships through open and professional communicationReview bidding material and create bids with well defined assumptions for the workManage changes to the project scope, collaborating with clients to achieve creative goals, while presenting solutions with clear financial or schedule implicationsAddress client feedback promptly and deliver weekly status reportsPartner with production finance to develop budgets, meet financial goals, and ensure accurate financial reportingPartner with the VFX Supervisor on client strategy and delivery goalsCollaborate with resource managers to allocate resources and fulfill project demandsFacilitate clear communication regarding budgets, schedules, and changesStrategize production planning, render estimates, and delivery schedulesManage day‐to‐day show operations, supporting teams to succeedLead and mentor the production team,
providing performance reviews and feedbackQuality control delivered work to ensure creative and technical requirements are metReport project progress to VFX Operations and executive leadership teamsManage outsource vendors and ensure the seamless integration of their workOversee time card, leave request, and overtime approvalsParticipate in on‐set needs as neededMaintain a calm and positive attitude toward the project and the crewFoster a collaborative and respectful work environmentBuild and maintain high team moraleProactively anticipate risks and obstaclesDevelop strategies to mitigate issues and maintain project momentumOther duties and responsibilities consistent with the position may be assigned from time to timeQualificationsThree (3) years of experience as a VFX Producer on large scale feature film or episodic television projectsExperience on a large (500+ shots) multi‐vendor productionDeep understanding of budgets, resources, and schedulesExperience in managing project budgets, including tracking bids vs. actuals and generating cost reportsAdvanced skills in Excel, Shotgrid, and other database systems and production toolsAbility to lead and motivate large teams under tight deadlines in a positive mannerMust be able to work within a fast paced,
