and success metrics to measure business valueCollaborate with Digital technology (DT), product management, DES engineering, and data teams to implement robust data governance, system integration and innovative digital solutions that enhance DES capabilitiesMonitor digital performance and recommend continuous improvementsPresent strategic recommendations and progress updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholdersIdentify, communicate, and mitigate risks associated with digital initiatives. Raise change requests and/or find feasible solutions to ensure best practices and processes are followed throughout digital transformationQualifications (English)Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or another STEM field10+ years of professional experience in digital strategy, management consulting, digital transformation, or business strategyExperience in the aerospace industry is preferredStrong understanding of digital ecosystems, IoT, cloud platforms, AI, analytics and data engineeringProven ability to influence senior executives and lead cross‐functional teamsExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‐solving skillsThis position is part of a French‐speaking work environment and requires very good knowledge of English to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation from international organizations and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleaguesRequired Skills (English)Strong oral and written English communication skillsProven ability to develop and execute digital strategies on an enterprise levelStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills,
