What you'll do

- Design and maintain scalable Salesforce architectures that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with our existing platform and partner marketplace.
- Oversee the implementation of system enhancements and ensure data integrity across the environment.
- Apply AI tools to optimize internal workflows and improve technical decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure our Salesforce instance remains secure and productive.

Requirements

- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and system design.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, requiring residence within a commutable distance to the Mississauga office.




- Commitment to following information security policies and protecting sensitive data.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party applications and managing complex data sets.
