Services include pre-construction modeling, structural design support, steel and concrete detailing, connection and stair engineering, panel book detailing, estimate modeling, and BIM management. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Connection Design Engineer who can help drive project success from inception to completion.What you'll doPrimary responsibilities will include structural analysis for delegated steel connection design projectsWill work on CISC & AISC projects. AISC projects will be led by our US companyTypical projects would consist of steel connection design, miscellaneous steel design, and erection engineeringAdditional responsibilities include calculation development, steel shop drawing reviews, submittal preparation, RFI development and new calculation development to enhance efficienciesUtilize analysis software programs such as Ram Connection, RISA Connection, Excel, Idea Statica, Bluebeam, Trimble Connect and RevitReview 3-D BIM models to aid in building design, connection design and shop drawing reviewsWhat Makes You Stand OutAn advanced understanding of relevant building codes, materials, and standardsEnthusiasm and desire to succeed and develop technical skillsExcellent communication skills are required, both verbal and writtenSoftware skills with any of the following are a plus: Ram Connection, RISA Connection, Excel, Idea Statica, Bluebeam,
