This includes overseeing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems support (Intelsat/Viasat), FedEx line maintenance support operations in Casper, Wyoming, aircraft potable water sampling programs, and other specialized technical services.The incumbent ensures that these technical service lines are operated safely, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining full compliance with Transport Canada, FAA, client, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) requirements. The position is responsible for harmonizing and standardizing processes across multiple sites, managing technical staff and subcontractors, developing new service offerings, and supporting business growth.This role acts as a reference expert in specialized technical services and collaborates closely with the maintenance operations, quality assurance, continuing airworthiness, maintenance control, procurement, and sales teams, as well as with clients,
