AWS is seeking a Business Strategy Advisor to serve as a strategic partner and force multiplier to the Healthcare & Alliance Leader for Canada Public Sector. This role is the strategic and operational pillar to the healthcare sales and public sector partner sales business — driving rhythm of the business, shaping strategy, synthesizing insights, and representing leadership across the organization.You will be deeply embedded in the business — understanding customer and partner dynamics, market trends, competitive forces, and organizational priorities — to proactively identify opportunities, surface risks, and accelerate outcomes. pipeline reviews, QBRs, planning cycles, and executive updates. Define and track OKRs/KPIs, monitor business trends, and ensure discussions result in clear decisions, accountability, and follow‐through.Cross‐Functional Influence: Lead and influence without authority across account teams, partners, specialists, marketing, finance, and support. Drive high‐impact initiatives from concept through execution, navigating ambiguity while maintaining momentum. Collaborate with global stakeholders to coordinate GTM motions.Strategy & Narratives: Author strategy papers, state‐of‐the‐business narratives, and business updates. Conduct business cases, market assessments, and scenario modeling. Translate complex information into concise, executive‐ready recommendations.About The TeamThe role will primarily work with the Healthcare and Public Sector Alliance leader across two separate teams and also work occasionally on organizational initiatives as needed.Basic Qualifications5+ years of management consulting, strategy, technology, venture capital,
