pursue opportunities and lead diverse and innovative project teamsBe responsible for managing the project delivery on a wide range of stormwater and water resources planning and design projects, including stormwater models and management plans, low impact development design, flood assessment and management plans, and othersIdentify client needs and project opportunities and tailor projects to fit each client's objectives, constraints, and decision-making contextMentor and provide technical guidance to intermediate and junior team membersWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related engineering program; A qualified engineer registration with APEGA; Minimum of 13+years related work experience; Experience withproject and client management; Experience withdoing and leading a wide range of stormwater/water resources planning and design workExperience providing technical direction, mentorship, and constructive review to intermediate and junior staff; Client networking and business development experience is an asset; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
