THE ROLE

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Millwright to join our team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the maintenance, rebuilding, and installation of machinery and equipment. Compensation & Perks:

$43-$45/hr plus $6000 bonus in 1st year:
$2000 signing bonus at 3 months
$2000 midway bonus at 6 months
$2000 final bonus at 12 months

RESPONSIBILTIES

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical equipment (presses, slitters, dies, conveyors, etc.)
Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, motorized, and mechanical production machinery
Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens & Allen Bradley)
Inspect equipment performance to identify hazards, adjustments, or replacements
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble defective mechanical equipment
Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specs
Use fabrication, machining, and welding skills as needed
Perform light electrical troubleshooting and basic electrical design work
Maintain an organized stockroom for mechanical/electrical parts
Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by following all policies and procedures

REQUIRMENTS

Licensed Millwright (433A)
12-hour continentals
3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (metal processing or high-volume fabrication is ideal)
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to work rotating shifts (2-week rotation)
A motivated, safety-focused professional with pride in their work
