To successfully execute this ambition, we are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to own the creation, planning, orchestration, and execution of CAE's Data Strategy roadmap.This role is responsible for translating enterprise strategy & transformation, into an aligned data strategy roadmap. Acting as the connective tissue between strategy, business leaders, and execution teams, the role ensures that data work delivers measurable business outcomes, not just technical outputs.DescriptionEnterprise Program Planning & Road mappingBuild and maintain the multi‐year Data Strategy roadmap, aligning initiatives to corporate strategy, transformation priorities, and business value driversTranslate strategic objectives into clear data dependencies, and decision pointsCoordinate sequencing across domains such as governance, data quality, analytics enablement, platform adoption, and data literacyExecution Management & Progress TrackingEstablish program management disciplines including:Integrated plans and schedulesProgress tracking and status reportingRisk, issue, and dependency managementEnsure delivery commitments are visible, realistic, and actively managed across business and technology stakeholdersStrategic Alignment & PrioritizationRun the intake and prioritization process for enterprise data initiatives, ensuring alignment to CAE's strategy and value creation objectivesSupport investment cases, trade‐off discussions, and sequencing decisions with fact‐based analysisEnsure data needs are aligned between all the various transformation streams and strategic objectives, to guarantee a single source of truth for any KPI, dataset,



and insight.Stakeholder Coordination & GovernanceAct as primary coordination points across the following teams from a data requirements perspective: Strategy, Transformation office, Corporate functions, Division Business Intelligence, Data GovernanceSupport the cadence, materials, and follow‐ups for Data Councils, steering forums, and governance bodiesValue Realization & Outcomes TrackingDefine and track outcome‐based success measures tied to data initiatives (e.G., adoption, data quality improvements, decision enablement)Ensure initiatives are anchored to business outcomes rather than technology outputs alonePrepare executive updates linking progress to tangible business impactAs required, develop and build investment books in support of the Data Strategy roadmap objectives.Minimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree in engineering, analytics, project management, business or a related fieldA minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience managing increasingly complex projects, including at least 3 years in a project management roleExcellent leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira)Highly collaborative, credible, and comfortable navigating competing prioritiesA results‐driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving project objectivesBilingualism (French and English)Preferred QualificationsPMI certification (e.G.,
