In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with chip designers and engineers to characterize recent silicon from tape-out through extensive testing and performance validation. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in debugging issues and refining validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lab-based bring-up of new silicon chips
• Validate mixed-signal behavior and overall chip functionality
• Perform detailed characterization at the transistor level
• Analyze power performance and latency across devices
• Identify and debug silicon anomalies and issues
Requirements:
• Experience in ASIC or post-silicon validation
• Strong grasp of analog and mixed-signal electronics
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools
• Scripting proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB
• Familiarity with silicon characterization or yield work
