The clinic focuses on family practice with a collegiate, physician‐centred atmosphere and offers virtual and telehealth options.ResponsibilitiesProvide full-scope family practice either full‐time or part‐time, including a small walk‐in component.Maintain flexible schedule with ability to set own hours.Collaborate with the WELL Health team for smooth transition of practice and patient panels.Utilize OSCAR EMR and virtual care platform for patient management.FinancialsAverage Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing split to be discussed (PCN, LFP, FFS).Financial agreement coordinated through Director of Recruitment.Overhead split negotiable.Practice DetailsAccess to 2 exam rooms during shifts (clinic has 8).Shared office space.OSCAR EMR used; no paper charts.Hours & AvailabilityFlexible schedule; walk‐in available.Clinic opens 8:30 am – 4:30 pm,
