The Contents Technician supports insurance restoration and contents management claims related to water damage, fire damage, and mold losses. This is a field-based, hands-on role working in residential and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area.Trinity Contents Management was founded by insurance professionals who saw firsthand what good and bad contents handling looks like, and built the company around doing it right. Every item we handle belongs to a family or business dealing with the aftermath of a loss, and we treat it that way.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform contents pack-outs and pack-backs for insurance claimsSafely pack, label, move, and transport household and commercial contentsAssist with inventory support, item handling, and documentationSegregate contents for cleaning, restoration, storage, or disposalLoad and unload contents at job sites and secure storage facilitiesMaintain clean, organized,
