Vice President, Research, Development & TechnologyEcoSynthetix is seeking an exceptional technology leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Vice President, Research, Development & Technology.This is more than a traditional R&D leadership role. We are looking for a commercially minded executive who can translate customer needs into innovative, sustainable biomaterial solutions that drive growth and create long-term customer value.Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the Company's innovation strategy, product development, applications development, intellectual property portfolio, and technology roadmap while serving as EcoSynthetix's senior technical ambassador to customers, strategic partners, and industry leaders.Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing EcoSynthetix's innovation and technology strategyLeading the commercialization of our EcoSphere, SurfLockTM,



and BioformTM technology platformsBuilding strong strategic relationships with customers and partners to accelerate adoption of renewable materialsDriving product development from concept through commercialization and manufacturing scale-upLeading intellectual property strategy and expanding our technology portfolioBuilding and developing a high-performing, customer-focused RD&T organizationThe successful candidate will bring:A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline15+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial R&D, product development, and commercializationA proven track record of leading customer-driven innovation and successfully commercializing current technologiesExperience in biomaterials, specialty chemicals, polymers, adhesives, coatings, paper, packaging, renewable materials, or related industriesOutstanding leadership, commercial, and communication skillsAt EcoSynthetix, you'll help shape the future of sustainable materials by developing renewable alternatives that replace petroleum-based products while creating measurable value for customers and shareholders.If you're passionate about innovation, commercialization, customer collaboration, and sustainability, we'd love to hear from you.
