What is the opportunity?Join the Enterprise Liquidity Parameters & Wholesale Funds Transfer Pricing (ELP & WS FTP) team in Corporate Treasury. In this critical governance and change management role, you'll ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements while managing liquidity and funds transfer pricing governance processes. You'll support strategic initiatives including the CM Strategic Funding Program (SFP) and enable the team to deliver enterprise objectives while maintaining alignment with governance protocols.What will you do?Coordinate 2LoD, 3LoD, and regulatory reviews for ELP & WS FTP, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies and standards including action plans, timely delivery and remediationSME for the maintenance and updating of policies, procedures, and documentation for the ELP & WS FTP team partnering with the CT Policy Governance teamRisk Champion for ELP & WS FTP team working in partnership with CT 1B lead to oversee the management of controls inventory, including models, EUDAs, operational risks, and related itemsTrack and monitor 2LoD and 3LoD issues/findings and ensure timely remediation in alignment with regulatory and internal deadlinesLead end-to-end project management of the BAU liquidity parameter lifecycle and FTP methodology changes, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with governance protocolsReceive, log, and prioritize all incoming requests to the ELP & WS FTP teamManage the team deliverables inventory, prioritize tasks, and assist SME teams to allocate resources effectivelyEnsure adherence to appropriate change management protocols and governance standards across all initiatives,
as requiredCentralize coordination and management of IT and manual change requests related to internal liquidity metrics and WS FTPOversee the development and documentation of business requirements for IT and manual changesLead and coordinate cross-regional BAU implementations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with enterprise objectivesReview and endorse User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Validation (PIV) results to ensure quality and complianceWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field10+ years of progressive experience in a related roleUnderstanding of liquidity management and FTP processesStrong knowledge of governance frameworks, controls management, and regulatory complianceStrong communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholdersProven stakeholder management and track record of successful influence and deliveryStrong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and keen attention to detailDemonstrated ability to drive implementation and manage delivery timelines, including process improvements and system implementationsProblem-solving and analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilitySelf-starter with strong initiative and inquisitivenessNice-to-haveCPA, MBA, CFA,
