Our Federal Government client is seeking a Senior Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Strategy Consultant to support the assessment and selection of an enterprise ALM platform for a major technology transformation initiative.Working alongside a senior consulting team, you will evaluate leading ALM solutions, perform options analysis, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and provide strategic recommendations for the future‐state ALM platform.ResponsibilitiesAssess and evaluate enterprise ALM platforms and vendor solutionsConduct options analysis and develop recommendationsFacilitate stakeholder workshops and gather business requirementsDevelop implementation roadmaps and executive presentationsAdvise senior stakeholders on ALM strategy and platform selectionSupport enterprise transformation initiativesRequired Experience5+ years of consulting experience (Level 3 equivalent with skilled certification)Experience evaluating or implementing enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platformsKnowledge of one or more of the following:SAP Cloud ALMServiceNowAzure DevOpsJira / AtlassianIBM ELMDigital.AiExperience supporting three (3) or more large enterprise system implementationsStrong business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsNice to HaveSAP transformation experienceFederal Government consulting experienceExperience with Agile, ITIL, Enterprise Architecture, or SAP ActivateActive Enhanced Reliability Clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr
