The incumbent will report to the Vice President of Grocery Real Estate and Market Analytics and will be responsible for negotiating, leasing, and managing Current Store Opportunities, Lease Renewals, Special Projects and more in Quebec.DutiesEvaluate and analyze current store locations and development opportunities in the retail sector of Quebec; Analyze and model the pro forma to determine the financial feasibility of new stores; Negotiate real estate agreements for new stores, expansions, replacements, conversions and rightsizes; Establish and maintain relationships with developers and landlords in Quebec; Prepare and present decks for the Real Estate Capital Meetings; Work directly with landlords and brokers to source new locations; Negotiate leaserates for upcoming lease renewals; Assist the store design, development, construction and operation teams to ensure that store openings are achieved on time.Skills and ExperiencePost‐secondary education equivalent to a university degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Geography, Finance, Business,



or related field.Five to Seven years' experience in commercial real‐estate deal negotiations.Leading‐edge skills in PowerPoint and Excel with ability to create executive level presentation decks that describe the real estate project, including developing a variety of charts and economic proformas.Ability to work with diverse personalities and styles.
