A day in the life of a Regional ManagerThe Regional Manager is responsible for leading and driving the performance of a portfolio of 7 branches in the Northern Ontario region. This role ensures exceptional customer experience, strong financial performance, and consistent operational execution across the region. The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in developing talent, strengthening engagement, and delivering sustainable business growth.ResponsibilitiesCustomer ExperienceChampion a customer-first culture and ensure consistent, high-quality service across all branchesResolve escalated customer concerns and reinforce customer retention practicesLeadership, Development & RetentionLead, coach, and develop Store Managers to build engaged, high-performing teamsOversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development in partnership with HRFinancial Performance & AccountabilityOwn regional P&L performance, driving revenue growth, profitability, and expense controlMonitor key financial metrics and ensure Store Managers effectively manage branch-level performanceRevenue Growth & Market DevelopmentDrive customer acquisition and portfolio growth through local marketing and company programsSet clear regional targets and ensure consistent execution of growth initiativesOperational ExcellenceEnsure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures across all branchesMonitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize operations and collections outcomesWhat we are looking for3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role within retail, financial services, or a customer-focused environmentProven ability to lead, coach,
