We want to hear from you.As an experienced Senior Project Manager in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will manage large‐scale building and infrastructure projects ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion while working closely with our client groups and subcontractors.What you will doGrow and maintain strong relationships with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients to achieve the project goals and vision.Support your project management teams to develop and drive the construction schedule ensuring that completion dates and milestones are met.Apply your financial management experience to plan, manage and respect project budgets, costs and associated purchasing.Share your knowledge and be a role model through mentorship opportunities with project team members.Be an expert in risk management to ensure any associated project risk is minimized.Take pride in compiling and completing company‐wide project reports.Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project.Manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and trade partners, ensuring alignment with clinical workflows, infection control standards, and operational requirements.Apply project‐specific safety standards, promoting Pomerleau's HS&E standards and complying with relevant OH&S acts, regulations, and codes universally.Lead the delivery of complex healthcare construction projects—including hospitals, diagnostic imaging suites, operating rooms, emergency departments,
