This role will help build a collaborative, high-performing team while ensuring cloud services, platforms, documentation, and operational practices meet quality, security, compliance, and maintainability standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Cloud Application Services team in alignment with the overall strategy and roadmapManage workforce planning, recruiting,



performance evaluations, individual development, and succession planningSupport delivery of cloud backend capabilities, platform services, and operational support for Sonova digital solutionsMaintain transparent backlog, priority, and risk management at the operational levelCoordinate work-package delivery based on business and project needs to ensure reliable executionManage and continuously improve team assets, including infrastructure, systems, source code, data, documentation, and operational practicesPartner with leadership, project management, product, and platform stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate team deliverablesMore about youBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred5+ years of professional experience working with current technologies, tools, and cloud-related servicesExperience leading teams and supporting performance, development, and resource planningKnowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in dynamic technical environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholdersSelf-motivated, proactive, accountable, quality-conscious, and results-orientedExperience with MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub; Planisware, Polarion, SAP,
