DescriptionYou will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing enterprise analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will lead the delivery of high-quality Power BI reporting, scalable semantic data models, and governed analytics practices across the organization. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, BI Analysts, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers, you will translate complex business needs into trusted, actionable insights while helping shape the evolution of the analytics platform. Join our growing Business Analytics team today!Essential ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and delivery of Power BI and analytics solutions, including new dashboard builds, enhancements, and defect resolutionDevelop and maintain robust, scalable semantic data models and advanced DAX measures to support consistent, self-service analytics across business unitsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide consultation, and translate business objectives into analytics solutions that deliver measurable valueDefine, document, and enforce BI development standards, governance practices, naming conventions, and report lifecycle management processesOwn version control and deployment practices for Power BI solutions, leveraging GitHub, CI/CD workflows, and deployment pipelinesPartner with Data Platform teams to ensure analytics-ready data pipelines and alignment with platform architecture and roadmapsProvide Tier 2/3 support to end users and internal teams,



resolving issues and enhancing analytics adoptionMentor BI Analysts and Business Analysts, sharing best practices and supporting skill development across the teamExplore new tools, technologies, and platform enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and analytics platform evolutionQualifications5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-focused rolesAdvanced experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting toolsAdvanced expertise in semantic data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M).Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational data structuresExperience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or similar lakehouse/warehouse solutionsProficiency with GitHub, version control, and CI/CD workflows for analytics deploymentStrong understanding of BI governance, deployment standards, and analytics best practicesExcellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands,
