IPAC Consulting is seeking a dedicated IPAC & Health Safety Consultant to enhance compliance programs and safety culture across diverse sectors in Ontario. This role focuses on proactive consulting, on-site assessments, and tailored training.
As an IPAC & Health Safety Consultant, you will be pivotal in implementing integrated programs and conducting thorough audits. This position requires the LTC-CIP designation and experience in infection prevention and health safety. Successful applicants will engage clients and represent IPAC Consulting at key industry events while collaborating on creative service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of IPAC and Health Safety programs
• Conduct on-site assessments and audits for compliance
• Deliver in-person and virtual training to staff and management
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Develop policies tailored to regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• LTC-CIP designation required at hire
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Experience in infection prevention practices
• Knowledge of workplace safety systems
• Valid driver’s license for travel
