In this role, you will set the technical direction for infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and compliance with architectural standards. You will lead large‐scale projects, drive innovation in automation and reliability, and act as a key escalation point for complex issues. and cost efficiencyServe as escalation point for critical incidents and lead complex troubleshooting across infrastructure environmentsDrive innovation through infrastructure automation, orchestration, and reliability engineering practicesDevelop and enforce governance frameworks for SLAs, OLAs, and security/compliance requirementsEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to improve infrastructure capabilitiesOther duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goalsMinimum RequirementsDegree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience10+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including enterprise-scale system design and implementationHands‐on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in hybrid or multi‐cloud environmentsStrong experience with network engineering concepts including BGP, routing protocols, and network designProven experience with automation and orchestration tools (e.G., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet) for infrastructure deploymentDeep experience with cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and container platforms (e.G., Kubernetes)Experience managing enterprise infrastructure performance, capacity planning, and cost optimizationProven ability to lead large‐scale infrastructure projects and serve as escalation point for complex issuesExperience working with enterprise security, compliance,
