Key Responsibilities:
• Provide medical nutrition therapy within Eating Disorder Bridge Program
• Assess health status and diabetes education requirements
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate comprehensive care plans
• Lead group educational programs on weight management
• Document patient care and maintain educational resources
Requirements:
• Accredited education and registered with College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Preference for Dietitians of Canada membership
• Experience in community or primary care settings
• Capability to balance one-on-one and group work
• Evening availability for group programs
