The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Quadient Inspire v11+, document template development, data mapping, and customer correspondence generation. Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain is highly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Quadient Inspire solutions.Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire.Create and enhance customer correspondence for print, email, digital, and responsive document delivery.Perform data mapping and integrate multiple data formats into document templates.Conduct unit testing and support integration testing and QA activities.Troubleshoot and resolve document generation, print, email, and dynamic content issues using Quadient Debug and Trace tools.Review code developed by team members and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.Optimize template performance and support application deployment activities.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Quadient development.Assist in defining development standards, solution architecture, and best practices for CCM implementations.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams,
