Our team members make a real impact in people's lives.What We're Looking ForOur team is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to provide people and solutions management for our growing Solutions Engineering team.As Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead a growing Solutions Engineering team while supporting the development of current business opportunities. You will act as technical advisor and solution advocate for the business development team while collaborating with the engineering team to convey customer requirements and guide solutions.This is a hybrid position working out of our Ottawa, Ontario office. Travel within and outside of Canada is required up to 25% of the time.Duties IncludeOversee the planning, strategy and management of the Solutions Engineering team, including resource planning, career development and recruitingMaintain expert level knowledge of products and solutions, and their application in various domainsCollaborate closely with Business Development, Engineering,
