At the core of Prime's success are products we are building to grow the customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a results‐oriented PM who is comfortable with technical and business complexity, and is able to earn trust of their numerous stakeholders. The role will be responsible for driving Prime member acquisition through Prime offers including trial, incentive, and 3P partnerships. The PM will own the vision, product roadmap, detailed requirements, and partner with multiple tech teams on execution and delivery. This role is inherently cross‐functional and requires you to closely work with Science, design, legal, and executive teams to ensure we offer the best customer experience while optimizing for Prime outcomes. You will also partner closely with local teams from across the world to develop and execute a worldwide strategy that aligns with a central vision but is inclusive of locale nuances and complexities. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, cross‐functional, highly matrixed environment.

As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
