The OV site offers youth specific mental health, addictions and sexual health care in addition to Primary Care services.At this time, Unison is seeking a Community Health Physician for the Oakwood-Vaughan site. Reporting to the Clinical and Allied Health Site Manager for Lawrence Heights and Oakwood Vaughan, and with direction from the Clinic Coordinator, the Community Health Physician will be responsible for providing primary care to clients and their families within a multi-disciplinary, collaborative care model that emphasizes health promotion and client education. They will also provide walk-in care to youth in areas of sexual and reproductive health, mental health and addictions.
