Known for their integrity, accountability, and project excellence, the organization is entering a period of continued growth and is seeking a Controller to lead and strengthen their financial operations.DescriptionAs Controller, you will serve as the financial leader of the business, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and insight across all financial activities.Lead monthly and quarterly close, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and WIP reportingOversee project cost accounting: budgets, progress billings, holdbacks, change orders, and job costingDrive accountability in Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasting and WIP reviewsPartner with Project Managers and Operations to improve forecasting, margin tracking, and decision-makingOversee AR/AP, payroll, and cash management, ensuring strong internal controlsLead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, tying backlog and pipeline to financial planningOwn and optimize the ERP system (Jonas Premier), including automation, reporting, and dashboardsCoach and mentor the finance team, fostering development, clarity, and collaborationRepresent Finance within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, supporting scorecards, Rocks, and issue resolutionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex,
