As a Switchgear Assembly Supervisor, you will oversee assembly operations with a focus on safety and performance. This role requires a strong background in electrical manufacturing and supervisory experience, particularly in Low/Medium Voltage switchgear. You'll be responsible for preparing assembly schedules, analyzing production data, and leading a team to meet quality specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a Safety-First culture across all operations
• Review production orders and establish priorities for assembly
• Analyze electrical schematics and determine assembly sequencing




• Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication for seamless operations
Requirements:
• Electrical Technology degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 2-3 years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience
• Solid knowledge of UL standards in switchgear construction
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
